Ruby Silver takes no responsibility for the successful processing of payments for the purchase of Ruby Silver jewellery, but will take every reasonable effort to aid this process where possible, and to abide by PayPal and Selz requirements.

Ruby Silver products are advertised online using multiple or single images of each item, and a product description. This medium is used to communicate the appearance of each piece of jewellery, as well as the size (if applicable). Items will be marked as 'Sold Out' when no longer available.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products however we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Looking After Your Jewellery
To keep your jewellery looking bright, occasionally clean it with a silver polishing cloth. Quality silver should tarnish over time. This is not a product defect.
Changes to Stock
Ruby Silver reserves the right to change at any time, the items advertised for sale on the Ruby Silver website (www.rubysilver.com.au) without further notice. Prices for our products are also subject to change without notice and we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product.

All Ruby Silver products are sourced from Northern India. The raw sterling silver material comes from various parts of Rajasthan and each product is created by local silver-smiths. The majority of our jewellery is hand-crafted, and so each piece is slightly individual.
Reasonable effort is continually taken to ascertain that each piece of jewellery is of excellent quality. The steps taken in this process include but are not limited to:
· Each jewellery piece is placed next to a magnet to test whether the sterling silver content is of a high percentage. No numerical testing is carried out to ascertain the exact sterling silver content.
· Every piece of jewellery is visually examined for any defects.
· Verbal agreement from the supplier as to the percentage of sterling silver being 92.5% in each piece is obtained.
Ruby Silver is not liable under any circumstance for any reaction, adverse or otherwise, to wearing our jewellery.
Products are advertised as per the information that Ruby Silver receives from producers, as Ruby Silver does not have direct input, influence or oversight of the production of any jewellery item.

Orders & Shipping Policy
Prices & Payment
All product prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change the price of our goods at any time and without notice.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment methods, and all transactions are made via the online third party transfer facilities of either PayPal or Selz. By making any payment through this website (www.rubysilver.com.au), you represent that you are the owner of the method of payment, or you have permission from the owner for use of this method for purchasing Ruby Silver product.
Making your order
When completing an order please follow the online process as directed on the website. This will require you to provide an address for us to send the jewellery to. Please provide an address where your package can be left if no one is home at the time of delivery, as we do not require signatures upon delivery of Ruby Silver products. The package will be left at the delivery location if no one is there to collect it, and Ruby Silver holds no responsibility for the security of the delivery once left at the delivery location. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Boxes.
Ruby Silver offers FREE, shipping for all orders within Australia and does not sell to customers based outside of Australia. Ruby Silver also offers Australian customers the option to select priority shipping for an additional cost of $3 per order and express 1-day shipping for an additional cost of $6 per order.
We use ‘Australian Post’ services for all domestic packages delivered within Australia. Once posted, the delivery of your order is carried out as per Australia Post’s business as usual procedures, in alignment with their terms and conditions and postal policies. Ruby Silver is not responsible if any item that may be damaged throughout the postal process.
Orders are typically processed between 1 and 3 business days pending product availability and credit card verification. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or on Public Holidays will generally be dispatched within the following 1 to 3 business days.
For customers who have selected the FREE shipping option, orders may take 3 to 7 business days to arrive once processed, depending on the destination location. For customers who have selected priority shipping and paid an additional $3, orders may take between 1 to 4 business days. For customers who have selected express shipping and paid an additional $6, orders will take 1 day to arrive. Please note that payment for priority or express shipping does not impact the processing time of 1 to 3 days.
For orders completed on any third party online platform on which Ruby Silver advertises jewellery, additional or different postal conditions may apply. These additional or different postal conditions will either replace this Ruby Silver policy, or else will complement it. This Ruby Silver policy does not solely apply to customers purchasing from third party platforms.

Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation of payment email from either PayPal or Selz, dependant on your chosen method of payment. You will receive an email from Ruby Silver when your order has been shipped as per the shipping selection made at checkout.
Please allow 5 business days after the expected arrival date (longer if ordered on public holidays) before querying your parcel, as once posted, deliveries will take varied amounts of time to arrive. If you do not receive your parcel in the timeframe anticipated plus 5 business days, as per your selected shipping method, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your name, contact number and what was ordered so that we can follow up the status of your parcel for you.
Given AusPost confirms that your parcel has been lost in the mail, we will provide a replacement for your order at no additional cost to you. The replacement will be identical to your original order subject to product availability. If we cannot replace the original order with an identical product, we will provide jewellery options from which you can select a replacement. The replacement will be sent to you using the standard free shipping method. No purchase refund will be provided for lost product, only a replacement.
Cancelling an Order
An order can only be cancelled or changed up to the point that the order is shipped. If you contact us to cancel or change an order prior to shipping we will be very happy to respond to your request, otherwise please adhere to our ‘Product Refund & Returns Policy’. We pride ourselves on our prompt dispatch and shipping timing, so if you do want to cancel or change an order please must contact us immediately via email email@example.com.
Product Refund & Returns Policy
If you do not absolutely love your silver and meet the following conditions, we will gladly have it returned.
Our policy lasts 10 business days from the date you received your jewellery. If 10 business days have passed since you received your purchase, and you have not contacted us via email as per the below conditions, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return or exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and that you follow the below.

· Request for either an exchange or refund
Please note that the above details that are emailed to us, must match exactly to your recent order.
We will then let you know where to return the item.
Please note that:
· Returned merchandise must include Ruby Silver packaging and tags and be in its original condition. If the items have been worn extensively or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
· Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage.
· Refunds or exchanges are only offered for goods purchased directly from this website (www.rubysilver.org.au) via our online store.
· Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once received we will notify you if you have met the above return conditions via email, and if successful, we will send out an exchange or refund as per your request. We have the right to inspect each return item and to assess at our discretion whether it meets the return conditions. If we do not deem it to have met these conditions (e.g. it is not in original condition) we are not under any obligation to provide a refund or exchange, and will instead return the item.
